Packages with grandstand tickets

This is where most people start. It’s for fans who want to watch the race from the grandstands. If you’re not sure which one to pick, here’s what I’d tell friends and family: Marina is usually the best value, and the view’s still great.

For overtakes and close racing, go for West, South or North.  If you’d rather have views of the start, pit stops, and finish pick the Main Grandstand.

Yas Marina categorises seats as standard or premium. If premium seats are still available, we’ll include them in the price. If they’ve sold out, don’t worry all the seats are genuinely very good.

Epic Grand Prix

Packages with extras like track tours & paddock tours

There’s no shortage of hospitality options at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix—and to be honest, it can get overwhelming. That’s why I recommend the W Abu Dhabi Yas Hotel. It has great views over the marina, and you’re just a few metres from the cars as they pass by.

I also know the team behind it personally. They’ve been organising Grand Prix hospitality for years, including at places like Monaco and Silverstone, so you know you’re in experienced hands.

Spectacular Grand Prix

Packages with Yas Suite hospitality

These ticket and travel packages include an upgraded grandstand experience, with great seats in the West or North Grandstands and a simple hospitality setup. I always compare it to premium economy on a flight—you get a bit more comfort and convenience, but without the business class price tag.

These packages have had great feedback over the years. You’ll have access to an air-conditioned suite at the rear of the grandstand, with direct access to your seat.

Additional Information

Accomodation

Our preferred hotels in Abu Dhabi are the Aloft (four-star), Pearl Rotana Capital Centre (four-star), Shangri La Hotel Qaryat Al Beri Abu Dhabi (five-star luxury) and Fairmont Bab Al Bahr (five-star luxury). These hotels are located approximately 20 minutes drive from Yas Marina Circuit.

If you would prefer to stay on Yas Island the Crowne Plaza, Abu Dhabi Yas Island, Radisson Blu Hotel, Abu Dhabi Yas Island & Yas Plaza Marina
are all only a short walk from the circuit.

If you have an alternative hotel in mind, please let us know and we can provide a tailor-made quotation.

Adding extra nights in Abu Dhabi or Dubai

We can tailor-make your trip to include additional nights in Abu Dhabi  either before or after the Grand Prix weekend. Hotel rates range from around £75 to £150 per person per night, depending on your choice of hotel.

Just let us know how many nights you'd like to stay either before or after the Grand Prix weekend, and we can calculate the additional cost for you.

Solo travellers & single room occupancy

If you're traveling alone or require single occupancy rooms, you'll need to factor this in. Single occupancy supplements will be determined by your choice of hotel and the duration of your trip.

Circuit transfers

We don’t include circuit transfers in our Abu Dhabi Grand Prix packages—and here’s why.

If you stay in one of the recommended hotels about 20 minutes from Yas Marina, you can take a taxi or a ride-share (like Uber or Careem) to and from the circuit. It’s flexible, good value, and lets you travel on your own schedule. Getting there is easy—the hotel doorman can call a taxi, and it usually turns up in a few minutes.

If you find yourself struggling to get a taxi or ride-share after the race, you can always walk over to one of the hotels on Yas Plaza. Grab a drink by the pool or sit down for dinner at one of the restaurants. By the time you’re done, the crowds will have thinned out and it’s usually easy to get a taxi from outside the hotel.

Some hotels have their own vehicles for circuit transfers if you’d rather not use taxis or ride-shares. But during the Grand Prix weekend, these are charged by the day—not the hour. Over three days, it can get expensive and you might be better off staying at a Yas Plaza hotel just over the road from the circuit.

You might see packages that include shared coach transfers. But there are a few things to keep in mind. Most are based in Dubai, not Abu Dhabi. That means a 60 to 90-minute ride each way. Some coaches also stop at several hotels, so it could take a while before you even leave Dubai. On the way back, you’ll have to wait for everyone to return before the coach can leave. And you lose all flexibility—these trips run on fixed schedules. They leave early and return late, so expect long days.

If you really want to compare this option, we work with a couple of trusted operators who run this kind of trip and can get you a price.

Finally, some Dubai hotels offer chauffeur-driven transfers to Abu Dhabi. If you’re only going to the circuit on race day, this can be a good option, but if you’re going all three days, the return trip each day will start to feel long. In that case, staying in Abu Dhabi is probably the better choice.

Flights to and from Abu Dhabi & Dubai

Our Abu Dhabi Grand Prix travel packages are based on economy class flights from the United Kingdom to and from the UAE. If you're traveling from elsewhere in the world, please let us know, and we can provide you with a tailor-made quotation.

Prices are based on direct flights from UK airports, including Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh & Glasgow.

Typical flight times are seven hours from the UK to Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

We can also provide tailored quotes for upgrading from economy class to premium economy, business, or first class. You can expect to pay an additional £2,000 to £4,000 per person for business class flights.
